Weekly, biweekly, or monthly — which is right for you?

The honest breakdown of each schedule — cost, who it fits, and the one question that usually decides it.

The most common question we get after the quote isn't about price — it's about frequency. Here's how the three schedules actually compare, using real numbers from our Lynchburg-area pricing.

The quick math

Recurring visits earn a discount on every clean: weekly saves 20%, biweekly 15%, monthly 10% off the one-time rate. For a typical 3-bed, 2-bath home ($218 one-time): weekly runs about $174/visit, biweekly $185/visit, monthly $196/visit. Counterintuitive but true: the per-visit price drops as visits get more frequent, because maintained homes clean faster.

Weekly — the "always guest-ready" home

Best for: busy households with kids or multiple pets, people who entertain often, and anyone for whom the house being done is worth real money. The home never gets a chance to slide, so every visit is maintenance, not recovery.

Biweekly — the sweet spot

Our most popular schedule by far. Every other week keeps bathrooms and kitchens from ever reaching "project" status, works for most two-adult households, and hits the best balance of cost and cleanliness. If you're unsure, start here — you can always adjust.

Monthly — the reset

Best for: tidy households that keep up with day-to-day upkeep but want the deeper layer — floors, bathrooms, dusting — professionally reset. Fair warning: with a month between visits, each clean works harder, so monthly homes benefit from an occasional deep clean to stay ahead of buildup.

The one question that decides it

Ask yourself: what do I want the house to feel like the day before the next visit? If the answer is "still basically clean," go weekly. "Lived-in but fine" — biweekly. "It can be due for it" — monthly. There's no wrong answer, and switching schedules later takes one text.

Every schedule includes the same 50-point checklist, the same crew each visit, and our 24-hour re-clean guarantee. Price all three for your home in about two minutes — the quote builder shows each frequency's rate side by side.
