- Communications — if you call, text, or email us, we keep records of those conversations so we can serve you well.
How we use your information
- To provide quotes, confirm and schedule cleanings, and deliver our services
- To communicate with you about your bookings — including by text message if you've provided your phone number for that purpose
- To process payments (handled by secure third-party payment processors; we never store your full card details)
- To improve our website and advertising — including measuring which pages and ads lead to booking requests
- To comply with legal obligations
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we'll use it to confirm your bookings and coordinate service — that's the heart of how we work. If you opt into booking reminders, we'll send those too. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:
- Our booking and customer-management system, which stores your quote and booking details
- Google (Analytics and Ads) for site measurement and advertising performance
- Payment processors when you pay for services
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the site and our systems running
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & analytics choices

Data retention
We keep customer records for as long as you're a customer and as long as needed for legitimate business purposes (like tax records). Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Children
